These general terms (the “Terms”) apply to any and all access and use of Dovkolo Club application which is a location-based application whose main purpose is to help users discover and recommend Ukrainian services and verified places in their local area, as well as purchase goods and services from a third-party provider. Such application – including any and all software and products associated therewith – hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services/Service”).
The Services are owned and administrated by individual entrepreneur Daria Chyrva (hereinafter referred to as – “Administrator”) and may in some cases be supported, provided and operated by Administrator’s contractors or third-party providers.
These Terms are a legal agreement between Administrator, and You, or, if You represent a legal entity or other organization, that legal entity or organization (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”). When You click on the button “Agree” or similar button (e.g., “Accept”, “Register”, “Create an account”) or when You just create an account or start to use any Service, You enter into a legally binding agreement with Administrator.

3.4 We are committed to protecting children and preventing online child sexual abuse and exploitation. You may not use our Services to engage in, promote, or distribute content related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any form of exploitation of minors. We have a zero-tolerance for such violations. Any attempt to engage in these activities will result in immediate account termination, and we will report violations to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities:
If you encounter any such content or suspect child exploitation on our platform, please report it immediately via a reporting feature, accessible via an icon represented by three dots.
3.5. By using and/or buying goods and services through the Service, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) Administrator acts only as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party providers; (2) Any transaction you enter into is directly between you and the third-party provider; (3) Administrator does not endorse any third-party providers or their goods and/or services; (4) Administrator shall not be liable for any issues, disputes, or damages arising from or related to any third-party goods and/or services, including but not limited to: quality defects, delivery delays, billing errors, misrepresentations, personal injuries, or property damage; (5) any complaints, questions, or claims related to third-party goods and/or services should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
To the extent allowed by law, Administrator will not, and is not obliged to, moderate the content posted by Users within the Services. Without prejudice to the afore-mentioned, Administrator has a right to delete any material, if Administrator believes that such material is not in compliance with or violates the legislation requirements, rights, freedoms and interests of third parties, or these Terms.
Administrator does not own or manage any of the facilities recommended by the Users via the Service and is not in position to check or confirm their quality or characteristics. Further, the Administrator does not verify the completeness and accuracy of the materials and information placed by Users within the Service and Administrator is not liable for any such information (including factual errors).
Administrator does not own or manage, control, or operate any goods and/or services available for purchase within any built-in part of the Service. Administrator solely provides a platform that enables users to discover and connect with third-party vendors, service providers, and merchants.
Administrator makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, accuracy, reliability, performance or suitability of any goods and/or services offered by third parties through the Services. All such goods and/or services are provided solely by the respective third-party vendors, and Administrator disclaims any and all liability arising from or related to such third-party offerings.
Administrator does not verify a User’s identity or conduct any credential checks of such User.
Due to the fact that Administrator is solely acting as a provider of the Service connecting the Users with each other, Administrator is not in a position to resolve any legal disputes between the Users. For clarity, Administrator is not a party of any agreement concluded by the Users within or beyond the Service.
Administrator does not represent or warrant that (1) Services will be secure, updated, complete, error-free or uninterrupted; (2) defects will be corrected; (3) use will provide specific results; (4) Services will function without delays; (5) content will be stored.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Administrator may stop, suspend or modify any Services at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Administrator disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Administrator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Aggregate liability shall not exceed $50 USD or the amount paid in the last 6 months.
A User is solely responsible for the content it submits.
By uploading content, You grant Administrator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, modify, and distribute such content for Services operation.
You also grant other users a limited right to use your content for personal non-commercial purposes.
You represent that your content does not violate any laws or rights.
Administrator grants You a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute the software.
You agree to indemnify Administrator from any claims arising from your actions, violations, or content.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts in Sweden.

Both You and Administrator may terminate these Terms at any time.
Administrator may modify these Terms and continued use means acceptance.
